Planner information

Business and competitor inputs are processed in your browser. The planner uses browser local storage to preserve your work on the same device. CliqSpark does not receive those inputs merely because you use the planner.

Microsoft Clarity analytics

If you select “Allow analytics,” Microsoft Clarity is enabled to provide session recordings, heatmaps, and interaction analytics that help improve the tool. Planner forms and contact fields are explicitly masked. Clarity is not loaded when you decline analytics. Your preference is stored in your browser.

Clarity may process technical information such as device, browser, page interaction, approximate location, and session behavior under Microsoft’s terms and privacy practices.

Lead-gated personalized report

You can use the homepage, guide, privacy page, and sample preview without submitting contact information. To unlock a personalized report or use report actions such as copy, print, export, send report, or report-section booking CTAs, you must submit the contact and consent form.

If you explicitly consent, the first name, last name, email address, phone number, company or firm name, website, business type, market, diagnostic inputs, score summary, page URL, UTM parameters, and consent choices you submit are used to unlock the report and allow CliqSpark to follow up about that plan and related growth strategy services.

When automatic delivery is configured, an email-delivery provider processes the message. If automatic delivery is unavailable, the planner transparently opens a pre-addressed email draft instead; no information is transmitted until you send it.

Your choices

• • Review public guide, privacy, methodology, and sample-preview content without submitting contact information.
• • Clear planner data using the Reset control, clear contact information using the report-page control, or clear your browser’s site-data settings.
• • Contact CliqSpark to ask about information you intentionally submitted.
